Nijel Redrick is a multidisciplinary strategist whose work spans structured thinking, vitality, risk management, governance, compliance, systems thinking, mathematics, advisory services, and long-term human and organizational resilience. His work is anchored in practical clarity and the disciplined organization of complex ideas.

After beginning his career as a mathematics educator, Nijel entered the information technology profession in 2007 and has since worked across cybersecurity governance, compliance, audit, risk management, assurance, and workforce development.

Originally from Huntsville, Alabama, Nijel earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics with a minor in Computer Science from Howard University. He also holds industry certifications including CISSP, CCSP, CISA, and PMP, reflecting experience across cybersecurity governance, cloud security, audit, risk management, and project leadership.

Nijel is the creator of The Optimal Vitality Framework™ (OVF), a structured model focused on the conditions that influence long-term vitality and performance. He is also the author of The 20 Conditions for Optimal Vitality: A Practical Framework for Sustainable Health and Daily Alignment.

Outside of his professional work, he enjoys reading, spending time with family, and supporting community initiatives through organizations including Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated and Project GiveBack, where he serves as Treasurer.
